My daughter has been having lessons with Claire for around 6 years now, she has grown very fond of her and has the utmost respect for her. Claire is always supportive and extremely kind, gentle but also capable of getting the very best out of her,  my daughter looks forward to the lesson each week. Claire has offered support when music exams are approaching and made everything clear and simple for my child to understand keeping anxiety at bay.

"Both my children have been coming to Claire for piano lessons for six years now.  Starting at ages 6 and 7, Claire has worked with my children with patience, dedication and enthusiasm to take them from complete beginners, to now working towards their Grade 4 and Grade 5 examinations.  Claire carefully balances her lessons with exam preparation, and experimenting with new pieces and styles of music.  She also works with my children to help them find the pieces that they like to play, to keep them engaged and interested.  At the end of each academic year, Claire also arranges a Summer Recital, in which the children are able to play for family, friends and other students, which is a really lovely way to celebrate everyone's achievements.  Claire has inspired and nurtured my children's love of the piano and music. We highly recommend Claire - she’s a fabulous teacher! 

"Claire has walked my eldest daughter (cello) successfully from grades 1-7 in 8 years, and my middle daughter (piano) from grades 1-5 in 6 years. Now my youngest is starting cello!
